Based upon both client and employee surveys, ATHENA Consulting rated an excellent staffing company. We are delighted to report that our current Net Promoter Score (NPS) score is 51 from both clients and employees.

NPS is a customer loyalty metric that measures how likely a customer is to recommend a company’s products or services to others. NPS is calculated by asking customers the question: “How likely are you to recommend our company to a friend or colleague?” Customers are then asked to rate their likelihood on a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being “extremely likely” and 0 being “extremely unlikely.” Similarly, the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a metric that measures employee engagement and satisfaction and is calculated by asking employees if they would recommend a given company to their friends or colleagues.

An NPS score of 51 is considered to be excellent. This means that 51% of our customers would recommend ATHENA to a friend or colleague. This score is significantly higher than the average NPS score for most industries and is a strong indication that ATHENA is a well-respected and valued company by both its customers and employees.

Both NPS and eNPS are important metrics for businesses because they provide valuable insight into customer and employee satisfaction. High NPS scores indicate that customers are likely to continue doing business with a company, while high eNPS scores indicate that employees are likely to stay with a company.

According to ClearlyRated, the average NPS score across the staffing industry is just 31%. The staffing industry has a relatively low NPS score compared to other industries. This may be due to the fact that staffing firms often deal with complex and time-sensitive projects, which can lead to customer dissatisfaction if not managed properly. Additionally, the staffing industry is highly competitive, which can make it difficult for firms to differentiate themselves from their competitors.
